CF 101

Everyone new to CrossFit starts on our CF 101 program.

It is specifically designed to build your confidence with the foundational movements of CrossFit, to teach you the terminology, and ensure you are able to move well and safely, before graduating to the main CrossFit Class Programme.

BlitzFit

This is our sweat and conditioning class - here we keep the movements simple, mostly body weight or using dumb bells, kettle bells, boxes, skipping ropes and cardio machines.

If you want to experience the vibe of a CrossFit community, the quality of the coaching and the results of a high intensity workout, this is for you!

Barbell

A speciality class that focuses solely on barbell movements and barbell cycling. Looking at the technical aspects of each movement, dialling in movement patterns and building strength in all positions.

This is the class for those who are keen to focus on technique and movement mechanics, whilst building strength & power.

CrossFit

CrossFit has some famous benchmark workouts, that we repeat on occasion to see how your fitness has improved. But day to day you will see workouts with different movements, rep schemes, loads, and time domains. That doesn’t mean the workouts are random — CrossFit programming strategically varies the workout stimulus so you’re prepared for any and all physical tasks. Over time you learn how to approach different workouts, the intention of the workout, pacing and scaling. No day is ever the same.

Gymnastics

For most everyday adults, the gymnastic movements aren’t something that come naturally, they take practice, co-ordination and lots of good accessory work.

This is the class for anyone working on their pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, handstand push ups, handstand walks and rope climbs. Learn new skills, practice and build functional strength.

Here you learn co-ordination, balance, agility, power, body control and confidence.

1-2-1 Coaching

Outside of our class programming, we offer 1-2-1 coaching. If there is something in particular you want to work on with a coach, you can.

This is available both as a standalone package, or as a membership bolt on.

We are open every day of the week, with a varying class schedule each day, plus we often add educational seminars, community workouts and events year round.
