At Blitz we are passionate about setting people up for success in the long-term. So we are excited to share the details of our in house offering - Nutrition Kickstart!

This isn’t a diet or a strict meal plan, instead you’ll be eating your own food but in a way that’ll help you hit your goals. You’ll learn healthy habits that you can fit into your lifestyle way beyond a short-term diet. We have seen incredible cases of our members achieving their goals, from gaining some extra muscle, losing weight, increased energy levels and reduction in stress. All achieved through a better relationship and understanding of nutrition combined with training.
