How did you first get involved with Blitz?

I used to do a lots of hot yoga, and one day there was a girl with a great figure, even a yoga teacher was interested in her story.. so I overheard a conversation about CrossFit, which I had no idea what is it or where the gyms like this are.. And so later that day I have googled nearest gyms and emailed one of them. Within a week a was a member and fell in love instantly. It wasn’t a Blitz, it was great but It wasn’t as awesome as Blitz!!!

What is your most memorable CrossFit moment so far?

There are so many moments, I cannot choose one. It is from meeting fantastic people, working with great coaches, progressing, achieving first muscle ups. Having Fresh, Clear Mind and Healthy Body or participating in some competitions.. This all creates one memorable lifestyle!

What is your favourite movement/workout?

 I think it would be fast paced, low on reps triplets or couplets… Kind of Like Cindy, Helen, Chelsea, Diane, Annie. I Love T2B, pistols, DB snatches, HSPU, wall walks, rope climbs, finally starting to enjoy bar muscle ups.

What is your least favourite movement/workout?

Simple looking ‘Amanda’ and her ring muscle ups and snatches, it’s my worst nightmare. Very humbling effect on my ego – that workout

Name a CF goal you hope to achieve by the end of this year?

We tried to get into SID competition last year, sadly we didn’t make it, but we were so close! So I guess we could try again this year?!

What do you do when you’re not training at Blitz?

Lol not much, I like to cook, spend time with my cat and dog. I appreciate wine, music, dance and my friends. Oh and lets not forget about enjoying the sunshine and my lovely workplace A Cena with Big Daddy Tom and his wife Jade J

What is your favourite part of being a Blitz Member?

I enjoy meeting new people, It’s nice to see so many different personalities and then have one thing in common. I also love Twickenham area and everything feels like home for me in Blitz.

If you could give a new member one piece of advice- what would it be?

I think they should take CrossFit seriously, push hard, and give always 100% no matter what.. LOL just kidding of course.

Enjoy mostly, listen to your body, don’t compare yourself with others much. But I think it’s good to know what it is you expect from CrossFit and If you are achieving your goals, then you are winning!

Tell us a fun fact about yourself…

I don’t know if it’s more funny or sad this one, every time I go out with my sister for a drink she begs me not to do any splits on the dancefloor, nothing has change … Ask Jade ……what happened at the wedding ?! Lol….. I am simply crazy.
